About ROOTS Wellness
At ROOTS Wellness you will find compassionate support on your individual journey towards health, pain reduction, fertility, pregnancy, motherhood, and healing. ROOTS is a female owned and operated clinic treating men, women, children and teens. We offer compassionate, individualized care that honors the whole person. Our practice brings together Acupuncture, Herbal Medicine, Functional Medicine, and Energy Healing to support each patient on their unique path toward balance, vitality, and lasting health.
Located in the heart of San Anselmo, ROOTS Wellness is more than a clinic. It is a nurturing community space designed to foster connection and healing. In addition to one-on-one care, we host intimate community gatherings including women’s circles, sound healings, meditation classes, and other wellness centered events. We are passionate about creating a welcoming environment where people can slow down, reconnect, and feel supported in every season of life.

Amy Garden, L.Ac
Through deep body listening, acupuncture, and energetic protection
rituals, I support men & women moving through injury, heartbreak,
spiritual awakenings, identity loss, burnout and rebirth. My work
focuses on restoring the life force energy, developing a sense
of energy flow in the body, and establishing
healthy boundaries and self-care practices
so you can create a life that is fully
alive, resonant and rooted.

Erin Levinthal, L.Ac

a calm, supportive space where each person can feel better, look
brighter, and return to themselves. Whether you’re seeking
natural skin rejuvenation, emotional balance, deeper sleep,
or relief from physical or mental stress, every session
is thoughtfully designed to restore balance
and help you feel your best.
Life moves fast.
Your well-being matters.
Maren Reilly DeGraff
I teach meditation as a way of becoming more intimate with your own life.
When we remember the way back to ourselves, we often find
the very thing we’ve been seeking. It is in the letting go
of trying that we begin to discover the space,
steadiness, and freedom we were
looking for all along.
